How do you deal with writer’s block?
Mark Barnes I don't believe in writer's block. If you can't write, it's unlikely that you have any ideas. Find an idea and, if you're really a writer, the words will come.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Mark Barnes Very few people do it. I love being part of a unique fraternity. Plus, I work in my pajamas.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Mark Barnes Read all of the time. When you read something that you love, ask yourself why you love it. Then emulate that style when you write.

How do you get inspired to write?
Mark Barnes When I believe that my ideas will encourage other people to be better, I'm eager to write them and share them with the world. It's cool to know that things you write can help other people.
