As for reading them, the company that originally published my book has dissolved, and I have no idea who owns the copyright. I still have some hard copies.
David Glenn The people turned to me and gave a unified answer. "You will never be allowed to be you again."
David Glenn Well, I would probably travel to Dinotopia to safely see what real dinosaurs were like.
I'd also love to travel to Narnia and have a conversation with Aslan.
David Glenn I daydream about what could happen next, and when I feel I've got something I try to write it down. Most importantly I just try to write until the writer's block goes away.
David Glenn I love being able to create new worlds and new adventures for people to experience. When I hear people have enjoyed what I've done that lights up my day. When you create a new story it's something you made up and that makes it special.
David Glenn Write about what you like. If you like the idea of zombies fighting robots, then write about that. If you prefer floating islands with fairy queens to knights fighting dragons, then write about that. Let your imagination soar when you write.
Don't worry if your book doesn't seem that long. Make the story as long as it needs to be.
Even if it's just for a few minutes and it's not fancy, write.
David Glenn I'm currently working on rewriting The Myths of Dymos. I'm trying to make it more fun for readers than it currently is.
David Glenn I was looking at different forms of stories featuring the idea of the zombie apocalypse and I found myself wondering, "How exactly does something like this come up?" and "What would someone need to do to find a cure?" I was also wondering what it would take to rebuild after the apocalypse.
David Glenn When I was in high school my teacher told us that Chris Paolini wrote Eragon when he was about our age. I had enjoyed reading books and thought I should try it out. Now I love to write because when I do it I feel like I'm creating a new world for people to enjoy.
