I sit down and start writing. Writer's block is a waste of precious time. If you have a good, solid outline, just dive in and begin. You'll most likely see a lot of useless sentences at first but if you keep typing, the lights will suddenly turn on and you'll find yourself steaming ahead, excited about the good stuff you're coming up with.
