I'm working on polishing Chapters 11 and 12 before their release in January and February of 2015. I then plan to take a six month break from releases before resuming with Chapter 13 in September 2015.

I was watching an episode of Mythbusters when they tested a myth about little tiny boats that seemed to float on air. They filled an aquarium with sulfur hexafluoride and, with great awe, I saw the boats floating on "nothing". That idea grabbed hold of me and I knew I wanted to tell a story exploring the concept further.

It almost always starts with a "what if" idea for me. Most of the time these ideas are unprompted and I'll just start extrapolating the initial thought through step-by-step until I'm looking at a full-fledged concept.
