I have too many to count and I can't really narrow it down, but a top 3 would be: Malcolm Slaine and Carrow Graie from Kresley Cole's Immortals After Dark series, Sin and Katra from Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark-Hunter series, and Roxy Tam and Dagan Krayl from Eve Silver's Otherkin series.

My writer's block always boils down to fear. I get blocked because I'm afraid and the only way to deal with it is to push through it, keep working even when I can't find the words, and don't wait around for inspiration.

I was on a 8 hour car ride back home after taking my son to Children's Hospital. A song called "Blood Like Lemonade" by Morcheeba came on and while I was singing along and staring out the window the characters of Abby and Nico just popped into my head. I grabbed my iPad and started jotting down a rough outline of the plot right then.
