I get to live these wonderful, exciting lives right alongside my characters. What could be more fun than that? It's funny, but I never know where a story is going to end up, or what kind of people these characters will be, good, bad or indifferent. Watching them change as they face, and overcome, conflict after conflict is a blast. They use me to tell their story.

My husband is an avid bow hunter. I thought why not write a story around a group of women bow hunter. I like my female characters to be strong and confident. In Dark Warrior Jada is both. I had a lot of fun with this character and would like to see her again at some future point, see where she and Bryce ended up.

From everything going on around me. Watching people, their troubles, heartaches, their joy. I use my family and friends, the troubles they face, to help develop plots and characters. It doesn't matter if the setting is on another world.

I'm so sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. My health has been extremely poor this past year. Yes, I've recently signed with a new publisher so Soul of a Warrior will be released again, probably sometime this year.
