Honestly? Google Trends. I researched to see what recipe(s) people looked up the most and Pizza was #1.

There is a galaxy of ideas out there for my cook books, so inspiration isn't hard.
For the fiction I'm working on, I think of certain people and they help me get my rear in gear.

I just finished the first draft of Pizza 100 Recipes. I need to proof it, find pictures I can use in it, and then turn it in for formatting.
I'm also working on putting together another project under another pen name.
It's in the organizational phase - the material has been written, now I'm putting it together in the order I want it to be in.

WRITE.
And don't let anyone tell you not to.

I don't know that I experience writer's block so much as "writer's reluctance". With the 100 Recipes series, I've got a long list of subjects from which to choose, so those are never a problem.
Fiction writing on the other hand comes to me in fits and starts, and I nearly always drag my feet when doing it.
