Unfortunately it is very easy and after countless efforts on other platforms, I have concentrated on there. And that's very cool to be part of that tBR, man. And that is completely fine. Free world although only ask you to be honest. If you like, awesome, if you don't, tell me about it to see how I can improve. Very happy to hear you are OK and have been working from home since March, so very thankful for that opportunity. Definitely concerned, but doing my best to still continue having some sort of positive impact. My best to you and keep in touch or send a message for an addy to get you a book. Neither am I to be honest. I've tried several other platforms though and rarely if ever get sales. If you'd like an eBook, I'll happily send a free copy. (If this is the case, DM me for info). For physical books, you can purchase directly from me so they only get the money from printing. I'd send an invoice via paypal and send a signed book or can send an author copy directly through Amazon and they don't get as much money either. Main challenge right now is leaving the house with everything that's going on. Do hope you and yours are doing alright though. Thanks for asking and fyi, researching other platforms to eventually stop publishing via KDP but finding a couple of snags/challenges, but please know I'm looking into it. Cheers

I would love to go to go to Neverland to discover all the adventures I could have with the Lost Boys and although it's from one of the projects I work on, I'd adore to visit Draem, the dream world in the Daydreamds on the Sherbet Shore. Imagine being able to play in dreams? Sounds like the kind of fund I'd indulge in at a moment's notice :D

I actually have several playlists and go to artists. Only Human had a lot of Tool, some nine Inch Nails, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, etc. Its sequel was much darker so more focus on Nine Inch Nails, the Cure, a Perfect Circle, Alice in Chains, and Tool although for the end of the book, I had the track Internal Landscapes by Anathema playing. The daydreams have their own playlist which has Elbow, the Eels, Blind Melon, and smile inducing tracks. The Boy who dreams about flying was fueled by Elbow's Build A rocket boys although the prologue was written to the rhythm of Apollo by HUM. :D I like to switch it up and odds are enormous I'll have something playing. I do have some playlists on Spotify but am always adding to them :D

Scott, I'm SO sorry I hadn't answered. Never saw the Q and only just stumbled on it. Apologies to one side. Storm Riders is not a compilation of Blood Sword. Those are Chinese Hero (I'll include a link below to one of my reviews). I am a big Jademan fan and Bloodsword was part of my monthly reads as was all US versions of the Jademan Comics. A couple of things, the translation in the Chinese Hero version I think was a little clumsier than the original Blood Sword, plus they also switched the names, which threw me a bit off and edited a bit, which kind of ticked me off lol. Those gripes aside, the printing is solid and a good paper back addition. I've seen hard cover versions I might eventually get though I'd rather find and complete the originals. Storm Riders has the same high level of artwork, but the story and dialogue was lacking for me. If you'd like a recommendation, I'd fully go for Story of the Tao. Excellent art, occasional humor, great action and a solid story. Am pending to check out other titles and once I do, I'll definitely put more reviews up. Various ways, I regularly post writing tips on my blog though some basic tips are to not tie yourself to a routine. It works for some people, for me it doesn't and I'm always about flowing. Water is my favorite element because it adapts itself to what's around. I always have multiple projects in the works to make sure I find something that tickles my fancy to commit and write. I also have projects I can write on in quick bursts. Another great recommendation? Turn off your phone. Distractions won't serve you one bit.

I'm working on the sequel to Only Human, I'll be publishing two poetry collections in the remainder of 2014, will also publish a collection of young adult stories, a compilation of my blog and am working on various projects, including a young adult novel and a philosophy book.

Sensorial overload. Be it music, reading, watching movies, ANYTHING can pump me up to write. I never lack a desire to write although time is scarce at times.

Only Human came about from me watching TV, chatting online, listening to Bach and stumbling on the trailer for the Underworld movie oh so long ago. At that time I said I could write something that good and decided to embark on what a journey that would change my life. From a simple story, it grew to a huge story arc that I became aware would span various books. Originally a tetralogy, I finally realized it would work better as a trilogy, even if it's a cliché. 600 pages of research later, I started writing. The rest is history... in the making.
