When I was young, there was a wooded area behind my house that always held a mysterious vibe. In my book series, "The Chelzy Stone Series," I use that environment and named it, "the magic woods." Another example: How pets, for me one particular cat, could make such a huge mark on our lives. My intention is to finish a book that I am writing on one special kitty named Princess. Also, how does a mother plan a successful wedding event for her daughter? It was a mystery to me at first, but I did it, and now I am going to write about it. And the list could go on...

Beauty and the Beast is my favorite fictional couple, because they demonstrate that true love needs to go beyond the external appearances.

I have always been fascinated with medieval legends and Arthurian stories including those of Merlin. So it was easy for me to incorporate these into Book 2 entitled, "Chelzy Stone's Medieval Quest."

My advice to aspiring writers is never stop writing. Put time aside every day, even a small amount of time, to work on your story. Don't let anyone tell you that you can't be successful at writing.
