Sorry, Deborah, I'm so late getting back to you. I just finished writing book 11 and time got away from me.
I've never tried sending Mobis. I usually do PDFs. My cellphone is just a regular run of the mill dumb phone, nothing special. I can try downloading the mobi from Smashwords and see if I can then send it to you. I would need a PDF that I can read on my computer from you. Is that possible?

Hi, Deborah. It's always great to hear from other authors, especially in this genre. I've been told females are rare in the sci-fi genre.
I do do reviews for other authors in exchange for a review of one of my books - either the first one (EUROPA Awakenings) or the last (The Secret of Mars). I just published the last one and I wrote it so you could enjoy it without having read the previous nine. Since I currently have no reviews on it, that is the one I would prefer. But the choice is yours. It's also about 100 pages shorter, which is always good news. Let me know if you'd like to exchange reviews.

Your question is quite valid The reason - I just put the first book on Smashwords shortly before I moved and wanted to see how it did. The response has been good and, now that I have internet accessibility again, I will start putting the other books on Smashwords in the next week or two.

A new sub-series in the Europa series. Book 10 will take place on Mars, where our monarchs are trying to find the location where the Oonock settlement existed that JeffRa destroyed. What they find is nothing that they could ever have imagined.

Don't give up. Keep writing. But I have found that writing was the easy part. It's getting the word out there that the books exist and getting those needed reviews that are the hard parts. You really need a publicist.

Thankfully, I have not had writer's block. Since I don't have an outline (the books pretty much write themselves), I occasionally am not sure which way to go. I find if I close my eyes and sleep for a few minutes, the direction comes to me in my dreams.

Watched a documentary on the ice moon, Europa. It said that scientist believe there is a good chance life exists below her ice, simply life. I wondered why it had to be simple? Europa is as old as the Earth. Why couldn't there be sentient life, incredible life? And EUROPA Awakenings was born

My imagine and dreams. The first book, EUROPA Awakenings, came to be in a dream after watching a documentary on the ice moon, Europa. It preoccupied my thoughts day and night for several days. Finally, I decided to sit down and try writing a book. I'll still going, currently working on number 10. The story keeps continuing in my mind.
