What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Stephanie Pitcher Fishman You don't have to write the perfect story. You just have to write your story. Start by putting words on paper without thinking of your internal editor. The rest will sort itself out in the next round. Surround yourself with people who encourage and inspire you as well as those who will tell you the truth. "Yes" people won't get your writing to a better place. Above all else, join a group of writers whether it's a local, in-person group or a group on social media. Being able to support each other through the journey is the best.
