I really loved the name of my first book, Battle Scars. It represented so much about my weight loss journey. However, there are so many books with the same name and many of them are military/war type books, so my book was getting lost.
When I was thinking of a name for my new book, I wanted something that would hopefully make people stop and wonder what this book was about. Finally Naked came to mind and was another perfect name, as it relates to literally being able to see myself naked now (instead of turning away from the mirror) and also letting go of a lot of baggage I've held throughout my life.
