Can you tell us a two-sentence horror story?

Kathryn C. Kelly Sitting on the veranda of an old house, the warm Louisiana breeze blowing around her, she felt a tug on her hair. Later, her photos revealed the foggy outline of a man's face pressed against the window behind her.

I noticed a note under the description of "Misled" about chapters added etc. what are the new chapters?? like do they change anything about the book at all?? only asking cause I read the original series when it came out so I'm curious if the updated version has anything different in it. Thanks so much

Kathryn C. Kelly Hi! Thanks for asking. The updated version of Misled has several additional chapters included. Word count went from just under 100,000 to 148,000 words.

I agree with your fans, that we would like Kendall to disappear from this series? Hopefully Johnnie can find his happy ever after with a good woman?

Kathryn C. Kelly A woman lives with me who was so infuriated by Kendall, she ended up being rushed to the hospital. I am not kidding. My own dear mother's pressure went through the roof. When she read certain scenes in Misfit, she just couldn't take it. I felt really, really bad about that. She has been in such poor health recently and has to have a procedure because of blockages that I worry about any reading she might do that upsets her. Having said that, she accepted Kendall's presence and even felt sorry for her in Misrule. When I release the updated version of Misunderstood, I hope everyone gets a better insight into their twisted love story.

Are you planning to give us more Meggie and Outlaw? Is there going to be a book for CJ and another book for Rebel?

Kathryn C. Kelly Yes! Their POVs will be throughout Reckless. And I do plan to release a book about Meggie and Outlaw after Reckless because...the ending. Meggie and Christopher will need their own book to resolve certain matters.

I can't get enough of the death dwellers. I absolutely loved these characters/books. Will you be releasing any more of the legacy series anytime soon? And how many books do you plan to do? Will there be a book for all the kids, especially Diesel?

Kathryn C. Kelly Once I release Reckless, I plan to release at least 9 books in the legacy series. Though I'm not going to give away the heroes and heroines for the books because it might spoil Reckless (as in who is alive at the end), these are the titles.

Hi Kathryn. Love the series, Outlaw, and the whole gang! I preordered Reckless but was informed it was cancelled and you can no longer find it on Amazon. I can’t find answers anywhere!! Is there some kind of delay? I’ve been waiting not so patiently for it to come out! 😓

Kathryn C. Kelly Due to illnesses, I wasn't able to complete the manuscript to upload it in a timely manner. I have only 4 chapters left to completion (and a resend to my editor). Instead of rushing the process, I canceled the pre-orders to put out the best possible story for y'all. I'm so sorry for the delay.

I love all of your novels concerning the MC novels. I hope that you continue this series. I would to know what happen to snake son? Maybe he could be in the next book?

Huge fan of Outlaw, so I'm going through withdrawal as I write this..first I hope your mother is doing better. I hate to even ask with all you must be going through but do you have an idea when the book will be released? Or anymore sneak peaks like the fight scenes between Megan & Kendall?..also will you be writing anymore scenes with Sloane & Outlaw? They are epic..

Kathryn C. Kelly 2018 was a difficult year, so I'm so thankful that 2019 is here! New beginnings! New hope! I will post another sneak peek soon. I hadn't really thought about if Outlaw and Sloane will have the opportunity to meet again, but anything is possible. ;-) :p Believe it or not, I'm STILL working on Misrule. Every time I see a light at the end of the tunnel something else comes up and delays the editing process. However, as I said, new year, new beginnings, so I hope to have it out in the next 6 weeks.

Kathryn C. Kelly Hi Lani! Thanks for asking about the kids' books. I will continue the series with the next generation. Meanwhile, this generation has a new book, An Outlaw Valentine.

What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

Kathryn C. Kelly Since this isn't a secret and has been retold in books, articles, tv specials and news casts, my ex-husband's uncle was a commander in the IRA (Irish Republican Army). I only met him two or three times so I dont know much but it was enough to have the FBI contact me. When there was concern my daughter would be unlawfully taken, her footprints and fingerprints were put on file in the New Orleans FBI office.

Just finished reading Dirty Boy which I absolutely loved and was wondering whether Kelan & Addie will have a book?

Kathryn C. Kelly Yes, they will. It is tentatively titled Dirty Mind and will be out in 2017.

Lost and Found isn't being listed in your library (well it's on Goodreads but the author name is written as Kelly, Kathryn). Can this be changed?

Hi, Kathryn, I just finished Incendiary and I loved it, I couldn't leave the book from my hands till the end!!! I was wondering would that be a 3rd book for Sloane and Georgie in this series??? I would really love to learn more about their live with two babies and possibly a more mature Georgie!!! Thanks for a great book!!!

Thank you so much! I'm so glad you enjoyed Incendiary so much. At the moment, I don't have a third book scheduled for Sloane and Georgie. I will have a scene with them included in the Books for Boobies anthology. I've also gotten requests for the birthday party scene, which I intend to do and post on my blog as soon as I'm done with the first draft of Misconduct.
