Sorry for the delay in my response. My favorite episode to write was probably "The First Contact Job". I am a huge space and alien nerd, so it was a blast to be able to incorporate that into the show. I knew that I would need to made it light hearted and fun because that subject matter is hard to take seriously. Plus, it was one of the first times that Parker and Hardison were shown being intimate.

The biggest influencer for my writing was probably Dr. Seuss. I feel he broke the mold of what was acceptable for writing. He pushed the boundaries and didn't care if it was unpopular. He stayed strong in his resolve and eventually his gibberish became popular. As for my favorite poet. That would have to be Edgar Allen Poe. You ingest a little part of his heart in every poem you read.

Well, truthfully I write both since Science Fiction is Fiction, but you would definitely classify my books under the Science Fiction genre. Growing up I was heavily influenced by books like "1984", "Brave New World", and authors like Ray Bradbury and Isaac Asimov. I just liked how they tried to envision what the future would be like and it has always had me pondering about what my thoughts on the future are, so I put them on paper.

The best thing is that I can be whatever I want to be. I have been a mad scientist, an artist, a doctor, a dead guy, a mobster, and much much more.

The best advice I could give is to always write. Write what you love and listen to the most twisted parts of your mind.

Inspiration is always there because I love what I do. My mind is always actively working on a project, even if I'm not writing it down.

After finishing my novel "Gene. Sys.", I decided I wanted to take a step away and write another TV pilot. Without saying much, its a Drama about one of the biggest mythologies of all time.

I refuse to believe that writer's block exists. If you are stuck on something, write something else. The solve will come to you when you aren't expecting it.

The idea for my most recent book "Gene. Sys." came out of a combination of two songs. 'Nothing But Flowers' by The Talking Heads, and the misheard lyrics of 'One More Robot - Sympathy 3000-21' by The Flaming Lips.
