I think I can help you with a few recommendations, but it is an enormous topic--and things changed with every year of the war, in every theater of the war, and every country did things a little differently.
An excellent place to start is the blog and website of Sue Light--probably THE foremost expert on WW1 nurses in the world. http://greatwarnurses.blogspot.com/

I have extensive notes relating to WW1 nurses I can email you, all categorized by topic with references where the info came from. I have typed notes from all the books I've read as well. I assume you could plug them into Google Translate to read in your native language.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

The inspiration for my upcoming novel, Darcy's Hope, came from Downton Abbey and Jane Austen's Emma.
Book one, Beauty from Ashes, is set on the Western Front in Belgium. Book two, Darcy's Hope at Donwell Abbey, finds our hero Captain Darcy convalescing at his cousins' estate after injuries on the Front leave him blind and deaf.
