HAHA! Okay, so I act out the story line in the shower. I literally stand in the shower and pretend to be the characters . . . that helps 99.9% of the time.

I would have to say that the best thing about being a writer is holding my finished product in my hands. Knowing, that I've been blessed by God with the ability to create something bigger than myself. It's an amazing feeling . . . that listening to my readers discuss my characters as if they are real people. Lol.

My advise would be to write everyday. To not make excuses and write everyday. Write when you're happy and when you're depressed. Write when you're sick and healthy. Write when you're too busy too write and when you are bored. If writing is your passion, then practice your passion daily. It should not be a mood type of situation, where one day you feel like writing and the next you don't, no! Write everyday, period.

Well, honestly, I listen to music and sip coffee. It's really that simple . . . although not always that easy. At times, the story just flows out of me . . . other times, I look at the time . . . write . . . look at the time again, and three hours have passed and I only have 300 or so words. Some days are better than others. Some hours are better than others, lol.

A Winter's Secret is a continuation of the A Winter's Tale Series, and so, in my mind as I'm plotting out the end of the series my first thought was after what took place in the first three novellas, where are Nicholas and Charlotte now . . . mentally and emotionally? How can I resolve their conflicts naturally without it seeming unrealistic? From there . . . the plot just grew.
