Sarah Darlington Yes! They are a big part of Ellie's book! I'm even considering giving Noah a chapter (possibly at the end of the novel, as a bonus chapter.) and at the very end of the series I hope to write them a novella. :)
Sarah Darlington :D LOL!
#2: Ellie's book
#3: Rhett's book
--if Ellie's book ends up being a novella, part 2 of her story will go here--
#4: TBD
Sarah Darlington Yes. Once I finish writing them (it will follow the same timeline as He Belongs With Me) then I will put them all together and publish it as a book! :)

Sarah Darlington Yes! The online chapter's for Leo will continue! I hope to have chapter 2 online before the end of this month! :)
Sarah Darlington Yay! I'm so glad you love it!
Here's my plan:
KDH #1.5: Ellie's novella, to be released around Nov or Dec 2014
KDH #2: Rhett's novel, to be released around March or April 2015
KDH #3: TBD, to be released Fall 2015

I might do more in the series beyond those 3 but it is too early to tell. All the same characters ~ Noah, Georgie, Ellie, Rhett, Sydney, Luce, Rose...will be in all these books. :)

Hope that answers your question!
Sarah Darlington That's a tough question!

Dean was kind of my first. Before I started 'He Belongs With Me' I wrote about 3 versions of a young adult paranormal novel called 'Glitch.' Dean and Leo were actually two character's from that novel. Dean's name was Demetrious and he was a bad-ass telepathic alien from an alternative universe. I could never get the super-natural elements right though...and when I started writing it for a 4th time, I changed all the character's names, dropped the supernatural thing, and wrote a love story. 'He Belongs With Me' came to be.

Then there's Leo. He was only supposed to be a secondary character, but he took over. The same thing happened with Noah. Before I could even finish HBWM, I had the start of his story in my head. The same thing is happening with Rhett (Noah's friend) currently.

But to answer your question... Noah. But only because he's the most recent guy to take over my head. But I have a feeling Rhett will take his place soon.
Sarah Darlington Yes. My writing is a mixture of my own life experiences, things I've experienced through TV/Movies, and my imagination.
Sarah Darlington My most recent book is Kill Devil Hills. The opening scene kept replaying in my head while I was still writing my last novel. It drove me crazy! I had to finish He Belongs With Me as fast as possible so I could get that scene out and on paper. Which I did. And after the first scene came out, the rest of the story kept coming. I didn't stop writing for there.

Sometimes a scene or a character just pops into my head and it demands to come out.
Sarah Darlington It's fun. It's therapeutic in a way. I can do whatever I want with it.
Sarah Darlington Kill Devil Hills. It releases August 5th.
