I'm now writing book #9 of my Kansas Cowboys series, tentatively titled Weekend Cowboy. This is Noah Bodine's story; he was the brother of two characters in Mistletoe Cowboy, which comes out in November.

Usually by a deadline I need to meet! Seriously, sometimes in my Kansas Cowboys series there's a minor or secondary character introduced that I really want to explore further. That person becomes the hero or heroine of another book.

My most recent book is The Cowboy's Secret Baby in which Dallas Maguire, the once-estranged brother of Hadley Smith (Twins Under the Tree), gets involved with uptight mom-of-three Elizabeth Barnes. So this was a follow-up book and part of my Kansas Cowboys series. Lizzie always intrigued me.
