I'm working on a book called Halflings (working title). It's about a young woman called Riley who lives with her aunt in a small town. Her mother is dead and her father has another daughter and wife living in town. He has been missing for years. When Riley's aunt attacks and almost kills her, she discovers that her father was part of a community of hunters and that he may have passed on his abilities to her. She finds out that monsters are real and closer than she thinks.

All my books focus on werewolves or witches. Werewolves of Eden was about a family of hunters and I think part of that came from the TV show teen wolf
