Diane Shawe I don't try to write phases, thoughts and notes in perfect sequence. I just make an habit of jotting things down regularly and then put them into order afterwards. Some notes I build on others I disguard.

If you try to write in perfect sequence I find that I can put myself under too much pressure and this stops any flow.
