After publishing The Mind of the Spider in August of 2015, I've taken time off to travel, share time with family, and breathe. Meanwhile I've been thinking about the final book for the trilogy and am so excited about this story. My GPS is out on the action line and the most thrilling pulse of writing is the detours I haven't yet explored. The characters tell me what they're doing. ...and they're talking to me all day, every day. Stay tuned.

MOVIES THAT INSPIRE: Before I started writing The Heart of a Lynx, I knew I wanted to use a combination of two movie characters, roles performed by Ann Baxter from All About Eve and Kathleen Turner in Body Heat. My villainess is based on these women who are not who they appear to be. Fascinating topic. My sequel The Mind of a Spider explores and develops the personality and character. Very scary. I hope none of my readers meet someone like this.
