As I write this I am taking a break from writing, but my next project will be a Yoga Series. I aim to start this within a year.

I don't really get writers block, it's more of an issue for fiction writers I think. Sometimes I get stuck on how to present the information. Usually this is because I have been working too long/hard, so I take a break.

My advice for writers is the same for when aspiring to be anything. Just start. Don't wait for the "perfect time"... it may never come.

I write about things I know. My books are non-fiction instructional books. Inspiration is not really an issue, but motivation can be sometimes especially if I have been doing a lot of research.
