Don't piecemeal it. If you want to be a writer, be a writer. It takes a workday to produce good work. Write what you know. Write that sentence on every page. Write something that will make your reader learn something- about themselves, the world, the universe.

By writing. I can't tell you how many times I've woken up uninspired to write. But I get to it and stay with it, and so many times you write yourself into a very inspiring piece of good work. Writers have to commit to being writers, you can't do 30 minutes a day.
