I listen to a lot of music to deal with writer's block. I also make a point to see or talk to my favorite little kids in this world. We can learn so much from what children say or do as that innocence is within them yet that we as adults lose over time. Taking time with them usually helps me see things a tad more clearly if I'm stuck on something.

It brings me a huge sense of personal happiness when I write so I would have to say that is the best thing because it is a very close thing to my heart. It is also a great feeling to know that your story was enjoyed by a complete stranger - that you were able to take them away from their reality for a few hours and have them dive in and love the world you created within your book.

Mia's story has been with me in some form or another for the past ten years. It's always been a romance with a lot of action and suspense. It's been exciting to finally share it.
