The point of the Lamplighter series is to teach Biblical prophecy to the reader by having the three main characters learn from their actions. This is why I call them pre-apocalyptic thrillers. The good guys have to win each book, but still lose in the war as they witness the formation of the first beast of Revelation.

The book on which I am working now is "The Vigil Uncle" the fourth in the Lamplighter series. I get my ideas by combining Biblical prophecy with current events and placing it in a setting from my life experiences.

My second book is called "The Green Gauntlet." It is the follow-up to my debut book "Write Place, Right Time." it includes the same main characters with an additional villain and additional friend. The events take place over one week, ending on Christmas Day.

Write what you know. I had a concept in mind and struggled how to get it on paper for a good six years before I finally felt that I got it correct. I got to that point by drawing from my knowledge of events and my background.

I only write when I have an idea so that hasn't been a problem. My books are outlined by chapter, from there it is a matter of writing the narrative and dialogue. Also prefer to exercise before I write, I find that clears the mind.

I outline by chapter also, it's a good rule of thumb, you can even use Ingermansonn's Snowflake Method as a starting point and flesh it out to a chapt
