I don't get writer's block often but when I do I just start writing. At first the words won't come but if I just keep writing I eventually get into the story I'm working on. I might have to delete the first part because it wasn't flowing but the act of writing the words gets my mind buzzing. I have also written out passages from my favorite authors to get their rhythm in my head.
