Tricia Murphy The sequel to Aine. The Fitzgeralds are an integral part of my life and I just couldn't leave them after finishing the first book. I have likened writing Aine to being a taxi driver with a car full of passengers, all telling me in which direction they want to go. As soon as the book was finished, they refused to get out of the car. So off I go with the sequel which is already writing itself.
Tricia Murphy I wouldn't be so presumptious as to offer advice. I still need all the help I can get! Having said that, if you feel compelled to write - don't fight it. Whatever the outcome, it's good for the soul.

Tricia Murphy By reading "Alice in Wonderland" as a child. I was then inspired to write a poem called "The Strawberry Queen" which my headmistress told me was rubbish and if I wrote stuff like that in my 11+ Exam, I would most certainly fail. I was one of only two children in my class who did pass!
Tricia Murphy From an entry in the 1881 Census that stopped me dead in my tracks!
