Umm, I hate writer's block. So what I do is, yell at the screen at first. Then I get up and walk up and down while yelling. Then I feel like the world has come to an end and I have to choose another profession so I go to my kitchen and brew some tea. And while I am depressed thinking of how am I going to live without writing, I get unblocked! And yes, you can say I am a drama queen!
