Clifford Sobin From a couple pages I wrote in my last book, The Pivotal Years: Israel and the Arab World 1966 - 1977. Within those pages, I describe an individual journeying to the ruins of Gush Etzion within days after the end of the Six-Day War. Every time I reread that section I get goosebumps thinking what it must have been like to return as a man to his home as a child. Gush Etzion's destruction and re-birth is a story that cries out to be told.
Clifford Sobin I find that I must have at least a 4 hour period of time to allow for the hour it takes to get into the mood of working and to cover the frequent burst of productivity that then ensues.
Clifford Sobin Write without regard at first to the quality of your sentences. If you don't get something down on paper first you will never reach the end.
