One of the best things is doing what you love, expressing your thoughts and feelings in a creative way. This makes writing very therapeutic as well as rewarding when someone tells you how much you have helped them.

I don't really get writer's block, not for a long period of time anyway. Usually if I can't think of how to say something, I will shut down my laptop or do another project for a couple of hours or until the next day, then once I go back to my writing, the words I'm trying to convey, just come together.
