Affianced and The House on The Hill will be out in 2016. I'm shooting for a March and a June release. Thank you for staying in touch.

Any idea when I could get my hands on "Affianced to the VEEP?" I've been salivating for this release date for a while having re-read "Seduced by the Senator" and "Vetting the Senator" to cool me off until I can get more of Ben and X.

Do you race motocross ?
Alex Elliott yes. sure do. I'm on my way to Florida this weekend (weather is a bear-rain- so we'll see). Last year at Diamond Don's I placed 2nd/2nd. Other races = Unadilla -5th, New Blaine - 1st, etc. I race a Macko 440, Honda CR 480, CZ MX400. I've raced since I was 12.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Alex Elliott I think everyone hits the wall where the idea is right beyond our reach for the moment. It's learning to do something else in the meanwhile as the mind sorts out the chaos. From tangled tendrils into lucid flowing succulence...if we're patient. The light returns. Golden. Blinding. Breathtaking.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Alex Elliott Read, write everyday, dream big, look for details, observe people, seriously re-write. Listen to your heart. And don't forget to thank those who help on this crazy fantastic journey!

Alex Elliott Book 3 Affianced to the Veep and plotting out the House On The Hill, the last book in the series.

How do you get inspired to write?
Alex Elliott Repairing engines, riding motocross, and welding. While the body is busy the mind, a tiny corner is turning, tweaking, and massaging story concepts into existence. Then bam! It's time to write.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Alex Elliott It's a combined FSOG fanfic and the escapes of Bill Clinton, who I actually admire for all the work he's done. But he was a mess on the Hill.
