C.J. Foxx The best part of being an writer is not only making your very own characters and universes (a place to escape to, a collective that always understands where you're coming from) but watching them grow and take on a life of their own. There is nothing that compares to the satisfaction, having a conversation with a reader as they discuss the bonds and relationships they formed while observing your world. Not only is it a really fun network to be a part of but it's a really good outlet.
C.J. Foxx Usually, I attempt to simply plow through writer's block. If I've learned anything, being an artist, it's to hunker down and push on (at moments literally writing anything that comes to mind). Trying not to focus on the research or the quality at first... I come back later, sorting out the finesse-ing and polishing off. Just as long as I'm making content, it's productivity towards my finish line. Remember, even if it doesn't make the final cut it will help in other ways, or maybe in another project. I've found that most of writing not a sprint, but a marathon. Just chug along not worrying if it's "good enough". Take needed breaks for relaxation, but don't let anything slow you down!
