Wick Welker Hi Stephen. Yeas I’m definitely planning more Dark Theory books. I hope to have a Novella/novel like a 1.5 sequel out by the end of 2024 followed by another lengthy installment. I have a new stand alone sci fi book coming out this November 2024 called Saint Elspeth which you may enjoy. Thanks!

Just started reading Dark Theory. 200 pages in, went to Google Books and Amazon and bought everything by Wick Welker. LOVE? Had to put a ? mark to make it a question lol.

Refraction is on top of my tbr, do you plan on writing more science fiction in the near future?
Wick Welker Thank you so much for checking out Refraction. And yes I have very good news. I'm on the verge of releasing info about my next book which is a 200K word sci fi (and kind of fantasy) book which is the beginning of a trilogy. I'll be doing cover art reveal in the next few weeks. The book will be published April 2022. Stay tuned and thanks for reaching out.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Wick Welker I was driving around Seattle and thought to myself, "This would be a sweet place for some zombie battles."

What are you currently working on?
Wick Welker The third installment of my zombie-thriller of the Medora series. The third volume is now totally post-apocalyptic, taking place about 75 years after the fall of modern civilization. The third book mostly takes place in the ruins of Seattle.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Wick Welker There's always more planning, outlining, and story crafting that you can do but there comes a point where you simply need to write. Don't get bogged down trying to write the perfect story before you actually start writing. The early stage of writing a novel is about volume: get the words on the page.
