Honestly, the thrill of the creative process - it can be so rewarding.

Meditation. I like to lie flat on my back with my head phones on and listen to music - sometimes it gets my flow back in gear, other times it just takes time. If you don't stress too much over it and let your brain relax it helps the writer's block go away.
