Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Rachel Heffington When reading P.D. James on Detective Fiction, actually. A random choice off a poorly-adorned library shelf. Turned out to be a fateful event; by the end of the book, I had an idea for the first Vivi & Farnham mystery.
