T.L.B. Wood I would have to say it is Jane Eyre and Mr. Rochester. I first read Jane Eyre when I was a young girl and enjoyed the mystery surrounding the romance. Of course, I'm fond of my own symbiont creation of Petra and Kipp. They are not romantically involved, of course, but are closer than is possible in a human universe.
T.L.B. Wood Haven't encountered a serious "block" yet, but when I feel mildly stuck, I try and relax and free flow ideas through my head. A nice walk with one of my dogs can be a good "reset".
T.L.B. Wood My most recent book, which has not hit the market yet, is another in my "Symbiont" series. Petra and Kipp, telepathic time travelers, are off to another historical destination. There will be more about this later....
T.L.B. Wood I find it enjoyable. Period. Also, I think it is good for the human organism to be subjected to new challenges and each book is a new challenge.
T.L.B. Wood I think you need to write about concepts of interest to you and not try to force an idea because you think it might "sell". Also, have confidence and be very, very patient.
T.L.B. Wood I have wanted to write since I was a young girl and finally decided to take the plunge. When I was about five, I recall telling someone I wanted to be a "horse trainer" or a "book writer". Never had any horses but I do have a pen and lots of paper.
T.L.B. Wood I am working on a "prequel" to my fantasy adventure, The Eagles of Arundell". The book will feature the mother of Desma, Neoma, who is a healing witch and a force for good.
