A plot for a book has come from my questioning what is the meaning of life. I have searched and found this answer in the mystery of the spiritual world, a universal individual path we each can create and am writing about it in my next book, "Spiritual Quest" to be released this fall, 2017.

I love life and get inspired each day when I wake. Staying in the present and my yoga with meditation also contribute to this.

I had a personal need to face my fears and conquer them in life so I started to travel alone with a backpack, staying in hostels and traveling by local transportation or hiking. This enabled me to meet locals in the countries I ventured, gain confidence and definitely instilled a great dose of courage that has influenced my life. To give this gift to others, I have written about my learning experiences.

I am currently working on a book that will titled "Survivor Quest". It will be a number of real people's accounts of how they survived an emotional, physical or mental challenge that others often do not. I am also delving into the why.
