Walk away from the project. Trying to force the words does not happen for me. If I get in the car and go for a drive, the words usually populate in my brain.

I have a couple of projects that were started before the Creek Series that I want to finish. Kiss Me-The Love Shack and Kiss Me-Crazy are two of them that I'd like to get wrapped up.

Mainly music. I hear a song title or lyrics and go from there. There have been stories that I've heard which I want to have a different ending, so I create one. That's the beauty of writing.

A couple of years ago,I was on a business trip and passed an old farmhouse and barn. There was something mysterious about the barn and the story came to me. It's been in my brain so long, I put other projects on hold to get it written.
