Bridie Hall My reading list for the summer is way too long considering I have a manuscript to edit. Some of the novels already waiting for my attention are A most magical girl, Rooftoppers, Six of Crows, Words in deep blue, and The girl who drank the moon. So let's hope the editing will go smoothly so I can then immerse myself in these beauties.
Bridie Hall I love watching freestyle snowboarding, especially slopestyle. There's something about this sport that makes it more than sport, it's almost art with the individual styles and the crazy stunts. And bit by bit, an idea formed about a girl snowboarder and how she's trying to be the best and the sacrifices she has to make for it.
Bridie Hall My way to deal with writer's block is to work on several projects at the same time. When I get stuck with one of them, I simply work on the others until I get inspired to go back to it. It gets confusing on occasion, but for me, it's an effective way to battle writer's block.
Bridie Hall I'm currently editing a YA contemporary novel that will be published in August. It's a story about a boy who falls in love with a girl who doesn't want a relationship. He'll do anything to convince her, but once he does, his mistake might well tear them apart again.
