I read about you visiting every country, great read, however you came off as conceited in some of it. Maybe that goes along with the personality to do that type of adventure. For future feedback, I enjoy being part of the adventure but less being a third wheel. Overall, it sounded like an amazing experience. Will you write more books?

Albert Podell Start small: a poem, a parody, a review, a news report, a short story. See what kind of reactions you get from your editors and readers, and be guided by them.

What are you currently working on?
Albert Podell A delightful book tentatively titled "Pussy Galore: The Helpfully Hilarious History of One Happy Horndog." It is about my sexual escapes, starting in first grade and picking up steam after I became an editor of Playboy. Far from being boastful, as you might expect, it is more about my romantic disasters, misadventures, and humbling experiences on the way to, and between, the sheets.

How do you get inspired to write?
Albert Podell Since I write only non-fiction, the events and adventures inspire the writing. If they are not sufficiently inspiring -- enlightening, humorous, thrilling, bizarre, poignant, or extraordinary --they are not worth writing about,

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Albert Podell As I reported via email to my friends on my progress and adventures in trying to visit every nation on earth, THEY persuaded me to write a book about it, as did an enthusiastic literary agent..I am still not sure whether they were right, but I hope you will think so.
