I really enjoy getting to share my stories with others and hearing their feedback. One of my favorite moments meeting a "fan" was during the first summer after I had published Wanted. A young girl, probably about 8 or 9, came up to my booth and asked if I was the author. After telling her I was, her eyes got really big and she yelled, "You wrote a BOOK?! That's so cool!" I love meeting young girls and showing them that female action heroes can exist, too.
