Hi Laura,
that message seems to be another victim of the evil thing known as auto correct :) Anyway, I still don't have a definite release date yet, partly because I don't want to jinx it again. But, I'm still confident it's going to be November.
Sorry for that frustrating answer, but I rather be a bit vague than disappoint you all again.
What I am going to do though, is put a sample chapter up on my website on Wednesday to help tide you over the wait.

Hi AJ! I'm hanging my head in shame since I'm still not done yet - I almost had it and then... well, then a few 'minor' mishaps ( you know the usual: shitty luck, utter stupidity on my part, and a broken computer) happened...anyways, since I'm now past the stage of constantly banging my head against the table/wall and a nice 'why me?' pity party, I'm hopeful that Blaze of Fire (current working title, the Cursed Book) will be out in November.

No, Tarek isn't Idris, as he wasn't born at night. Sheba was. I can't explain in detail yet because that would be a mega spoiler for what's to come.
And yes the traitor in the Guild knows she's there, but not that she's an apprentice... again, spoiler alert. Sorry about that, but you've managed to ask the very questions that are to be answered in book 3...and I think it's going to be a bit of a surprise ( at least the second one). Book 3 aka Blaze of Fire aka the Cursed Book is almost done, so it will be published this month (I'm gonna spare you my cursing and ranting about the problems and glitches that have come with this book, hence the working title Cursed Book)

Yes, thank God I'm up and running again, it just took some time. No need to apologize for your impatience, I like it!
Currently I'm thinking about 5 books for the series, but that all depends on how well certain characters fall into line or if they are going to surprise me at every turn like some did in Blaze of Fire. :)

Hello AJ, Blaze of Fire will be released at October 31th, 2017, because I wasn't able to meet the original September deadline thanks to a bad case of the flu.
I'm sorry for the delay, but I hope the book will make it up to you and the wait will have been worth it eventually.

Of course, they will be available in Germany and there will be a German edition as well, but at a later date. Feuerseele is already out and Feuerschwert will be released in July as well.

Iron Fire, which should have been a novella, has gotten a new title: Blaze of Fire, which will be a full book and the third part of the series. It will be released on October 31th, 2017. Crown of Fire has no release date yet, but I think it will be End of January 2018.
Sheba's stubbornness and some really unexpected events made this change in plans necessary. But I'm happy to say that it was worth it and I hope you will agree with me as soon as the book is out.

I'm currently working on the second book of my epic fantasy series Chronicles of Quiliaris, which is called Sword of Fire. I'm half way through it - the sequel is getting longer than I anticipated... : )
Next in line are another novella for the same series and two parts for another project of mine called Scrapbook of Hell.

Discipline. It's everything. You need discipline to sit down every day and write - no matter if it's a blog post, a journal entry, or a letter; you need discipline to get your story finished, you need discipline to get your work pubbed and you need discipline after it's gone live.

The best thing about being a writer is bringing alternative realities to life. That's why I love fantasy so much - there are no limits to whatever story my mind comes up with. Creating worlds where the impossible is not only possible but the norm, discovering new things every time the story takes an unexpected turn - there's nothing more satisfying than that.

A mild case I cure with writing something else, something that got nothing do with the story I'm working on - most often something funny, lighthearted and short - I try to write at least half a page day, regardless.
For the real thing - the one where nothing works out and creativity is AWOL - I found that accepting it like it is and take a pause works best. I take three days off and concentrate on reading, editing, marketing (which I abhor because it's so time-consuming). Since the last two bore me to death after a day and a half, my creativity is back full force by the end of the third day. : )
