Lindsey Bell Three days after the birth of my oldest child, I came home from the hospital and crumbled. I was overwhelmed by my new responsibilities. At the end of one especially difficult day, I remember thinking to myself, "I feel so lost. I wish there was something that walked me through parenting. Something to help life not feel so insane.”
