Purged! It's the long-awaited sequel to Foreordained. At the time of this writing (5/2/20), the first draft is nearly done. The book is exciting, intense, and emotional. I think those that enjoyed Foreordained will find a lot to love in Purged.

Inspiration is awesome when it strikes, but I believe a consistent work ethic is even more valuable. Write every day and give yourself a quota. If you don't hit that quota, don't punish yourself, but resolve to hit it the next day. Even if you feel like you can't write today and nothing you're producing is good, you can always revise it later.
That being said, watching movies or playing video games with compelling characters and plots always amps me up to write compelling stories of my own.

Hammerfist was inspired by the slew of Marvel movies we've experienced over the last decade. Honestly, I'm a huge nerd that's always loved superheroes, but after so many years of superhero movies I kind of had this feeling like, "Alright, we get it." So I decided to write a book that was a little self-aware of the inherent absurdity of superhero origin stories. The project turned out to be a lot of fun.
