Usually, I write books that I want to see. If it isn't on my shelf and I feel that I could tackle the topic, I present the idea to my publisher. If I feel I cannot do it, I recommend it to someone who I think can or should write it.

I am finishing up on two books: "Think Pink!: The Story of DePatie-Freleng" (the company that did the Pink Panther cartoons) and "The Harvey Comics Companion" (the company that had most success with Casper, Richie Rich and Sad Sack). Next up is a Dennis the Menace book.
