I get inspired to write because I travel a great deal and meet all kinds of people. On hearing their stories, I get ideas for plots. Of-course I also read a great deal: fiction and non-fiction as well as newspapers and maagzines. Ideas come from all sources and very soon a story formms in my mind.

I am writing about a story about a high class society Englishwoman who decides to becaome an escort after her husband divorces her. She needs to money to support her standard of living as well as assert her sexuality. A conflict arises when one of her clients falls in love with her and she must decide between a life of independence or a marriage that offers security. M< focus is on how the woman's character changes due to a series of events.

The best thing about being a writer is that you have fun in creating your own world peopled with characters that come alive in your mind. After a while, the characters take over and you just write in a constant flow.

I do not suffer from writer's block because I first prepare a book outline, chapter by chapter. Thereafter, I work on those chapters where I have already plotted out the individual scenes. It is also a matter of discipline. I work every morning from 5 till 7 a.m. ensuring that I spend a minmumof two hours per day on my writing.
