How do you get inspired to write?
Susan Schroder Nature inspires me to write. I'm the type of person always looking up at the beauty of the clouds and the stars...the way the light falls on the trees. My books definitely emphasize our connection to nature and all the dwell within it.

What are you currently working on?
Susan Schroder I am currently working on Book 2 of my Circle the Sun fantasy book series and it's called "Autumn's Hearth". It continues the adventures of The Traveler and companions.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Susan Schroder Since childhood I have always been in pursuit of all things magical! For over 30 years I have been creating and selling my artwork. It seemed like a natural progression to create an illustrated fantasy story based on my own real-life travels around the world.
