Olga, I promise I will check Goodreads questions in the future! I didn’t know these were here—not a good excuse but true. I bet Dottie Lee does have a great story to tell. I’m afraid, though, that since Prospect Street came out so long ago, readers would just wonder whom I was talking about. I definitely enjoyed DL when I was writing about her and am so glad I had that chance. Thank you for asking.

Kurt, I can’t believe you asked this so long ago and i’ve only just found it. I just answered the same question this way: I’m glad you enjoyed the Ministry is Murder series. Of everything I’ve written, that was by far the most fun. At this moment I don’t see another book in the series, although I had lots more ideas. I just found I couldn’t write two books a year and the mysteries were much smaller print runs. I miss Aggie, though. Thank you for asking and I hope in the two years since you asked you found wonderful books to enjoy.

Hi Elke, My apologies for not realizing that I had questions. Clearly I need to check more often. I had planned a fifth book but my publisher asked for single titles not related to past books. Bummer. Anyway, I just finished a novella collection with characters from the Shenandoah Album novels, also cut a little short. I put bed that one myself and it will be available on January 1, 2022. If you like the Goddesses, I think you’ll like the Shenandoah Album novels, too. So there’s that. I appreciate you asking.

Wow, Lora. I just stumbled on these questions. I think I need to find out if I can be alerted when questions are asked. In the meantime? Sunset Bridge was the final of the three Happiness Key books. I wanted the reader to imagine the rest. But I started them all on their own happy endings. I'm so glad you enjoyed the trilogy.

I didn't see this until now. No, The Color of Light was the final book in this series. But running a soup kitchen makes sense to me.

Hi Melissa, I didn't see this until today so my apologies. I'm an adoptive parent and got interested in adoption first, then child welfare in general. I was on the board of our county child welfare program and got a real taste for the good/bad and in between of the way children are cared for and about. I also worked for Head Start coordinating parent involvement and social services. It's always been an interest but I haven't tackled it in fiction until now.
