I grew up in a Bronx neighborhood that was ripe with colorful characters very similar to the people I portray in my novel Contract Pending. I originally wrote this novel as a screenplay, and sent it out hoping to have it produced. After many rejections I decide to rewrite it as a novel and published it on Amazon in January of this year.. So far the response has been positive.

I'm currently writing a followup to my book Contract Pending. It begins where the last book left off, working title Frankie Fiore.

My advice for aspiring writers is:
WRITE! Then rewrite

The way I deal with writer's block is to use advice I read somewhere ( I don't remember where) and that is to just keep writing, even if you think it's terrible. Just get through that part of your writing that is stumping you, you'll get a chance to change it (improve it) on rewrite.
