Al Marsiglia The best thing about being a writer is having people read and enjoy your work.
Al Marsiglia The slope was slick, and the mangled body lay face down in the mud. It was when I turned it over, that I discovered to my astonishment and horror, that it was me!
Al Marsiglia I grew up in a Bronx neighborhood that was ripe with colorful characters very similar to the people I portray in my novel Contract Pending. I originally wrote this novel as a screenplay, and sent it out hoping to have it produced. After many rejections I decide to rewrite it as a novel and published it on Amazon in January of this year.. Al Marsiglia My advice for aspiring writers is:

WRITE! Then rewrite
Al Marsiglia The way I deal with writer's block is to use advice I read somewhere ( I don't remember where) and that is to just keep writing, even if you think it's terrible. Just get through that part of your writing that is stumping you, you'll get a chance to change it (improve it) on rewrite.
