For me it's interacting with my readers. I love seeing their faces as they experience my rendition of my poetry. Those interactions lead to some interesting conversations at times :)

I usually write what I can in one of my folders in my Dropbox. When I butt into the writer's block I leave the poem there to marinate in its own juices. When I feel the urge to write again I usually go back to the folder with the fragments of poems and choose one to work on.
